Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.99
- Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over $59
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, your first shipment will be processed within 1–2 business days. Subsequent shipments will be automatically processed every 30 days according to your subscription plan. You will receive a tracking email each time your order ships.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and delivery link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@peakpet.store within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
International Orders
